This page is a provisional website terms note for the current launch-list site. It is not the final Terms of Service for the iPhone app, subscriptions, lifetime access, or paid features.

Current website use

The site lets visitors review the current product direction and join the notify-at-launch list. Until the App Store listing is public, the site should not be treated as an app download page.

No alarm reliance from the website

The website preview is informational. Do not rely on the website itself for alarms, wake checks, mission completion, or emergency notifications.

What still needs final review

Before full production launch, Ringly still needs reviewed terms covering the shipped app, subscriptions, support, refund handling, consumer rights, and jurisdiction-specific requirements.
