Terms of Use
Last updated: May 27, 2026
These terms apply to the Ringly iPhone app and website. By using Ringly, you agree to use it responsibly and within the limits described here.
Alarm App Limits
Ringly is an alarm and morning setup app. It is not an emergency, medical, safety, or life-critical service. Alarm behavior can depend on iOS, device power, permissions, system settings, sound output, network conditions, and other factors outside Ringly's control. Do not rely on Ringly as your only alarm for emergencies, medical needs, safety-critical work, travel deadlines, or other situations where a missed alarm could cause harm.
Free And Premium Features
Free Ringly includes core alarm creation and editing. Premium adds shipped paid features such as premium missions, extra mission slots, custom alarm audio, custom wallpapers, premium app icons, premium themes or visual personalization, widgets, and expanded World Clock access where available in the app.
Premium does not make alarms inherently more reliable than Free. Purchase Premium only if you want the paid customization, setup depth, and convenience features shown in the app.
Subscriptions And Purchases
- Monthly Premium and Yearly Premium are auto-renewable subscriptions managed through the App Store.
- Lifetime Premium is a one-time App Store purchase for the paid Premium features available under the Lifetime tier.
- Prices, taxes, renewal dates, trial or introductory offer eligibility, and billing terms are shown by Apple before purchase and may vary by storefront.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings. Cancellation timing and refunds are handled by Apple.
- Restoring purchases asks the App Store for active Ringly purchases linked to your Apple account. Ringly does not create fake entitlement success when no active purchase exists.
User Content And Permissions
You are responsible for any custom sounds, photos, wallpapers, labels, or other content you add to Ringly. Do not use content you do not have the right to use. Features that use camera, photos, motion, or alarm access require the related iOS permission. Notifications are optional and can be changed in iOS Settings.
License Agreement
Ringly uses Apple's standard End User License Agreement where it applies. You can review it at Apple Standard EULA.
Changes To Features
Ringly may update, improve, remove, or change app features over time. We will not intentionally remove purchased access without a product or platform reason, but App Store rules, iOS changes, or technical constraints may require changes. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Support
For support, billing questions, restore issues, or legal questions, contact [email protected]. App Store refunds and subscription cancellation are handled by Apple.
Disclaimer
To the extent allowed by law, Ringly is provided as available without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every situation. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
